Traditional Pecan Pie Recipe
Ingredients
• 1 cup white corn syrup
• 1 cup dark brown sugar
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1 cup pecans
• 3 eggs, beaten
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• salt, to taste
• 1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix together the corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, pecans, eggs, vanilla, and salt.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into the pie shell.
Step 4
Bake for 45-50 minutes.
Step 5
Let it cool completely and then serve!
